Your password is all you need to get online! On your device, view Wi-Fi networks. Click on the ISWIFI network and use your unique password to connect. Using this password puts all of your devices on a dedicated network – separate from all of your neighbors. This network follows you as you roam around the property!
Don’t forget about the Ethernet jack in your living room! Connect a gaming console, computer, VoIP phone, or any other Ethernet device.
How do I get online?
a.) Connect to Wi-Fi using the custom password you received
b.) Plug your device into the Ethernet wall jack in your living room.
What is my Wi-Fi network name?
Each property will have one network name (SSID) broadcast throughout – ISWIFI. Everyone will connect via this same network name but with their unique password. When you use your unique Wi-Fi password, your device(s) will be associated with your own private network. Once connected, roam throughout the property staying connected to your private network!
Do I need my own router?
No! We designed this brand new Wi-Fi network with your experience in mind. The equipment and layout are placed for optimal resident device performance. All network services are provided by The Internet Subway so you do not need any extra network equipment in your apartment.
My device won't connect. What should I do?
The first thing to do is make sure you’re typing your password correctly. If you forgot your password or need assistance, reach out to your property team for assistance. If after this, your device is still having difficulty connecting, please reach out to our support team – contact information below. We’re here to help make sure you get connected and stay that way.

Do you offer TV service?
No. The Internet Subway provides you with the most direct route to the internet and back. That means we’re getting you to the content you want as quickly as possible. YouTube TV is a fantastic option for Live TV streaming. Other major players are DIRECTV STREAM, Sling, Hulu Live TV, or FuboTV. Additionally, our uber-connected internet services enable superior experiences with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Apple TV+, and more.
What speeds should I expect?
This answer is more complicated than it seems. The short answer is that we’re delivering 1Gbps download/ 1Gbps upload to every wireless access point on presmises and 1Gbps/1Gbps to every wired Ethernet jack.
Your community Wi-Fi network has been designed to be able to provide the fastest speeds your device can handle. The Internet Subway is providing way more bandwidth than you could use and in most cases your device is capable of achieving. The speeds you experience are highly dependent on the device you are using. Over Wi-Fi, realistically you may experience 250-350Mbps everywhere on the property. Plugged in via ethernet, 1Gbps!
